Shipping times vary by destination; domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, while transit to remote areas or during peak periods may take longer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery method; free standard shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders. For local customers, in-store pick-up is available at our Charlotte location at no extra charge; pick-up notifications are sent by email or text when your order is ready, and items must be collected within 7 days unless other arrangements are made. Valid photo ID and the order confirmation are required at pick-up; if someone else will pick up on your behalf, please provide written authorization. Returns and exchanges for shipped or picked-up items follow our standard return policy, which is available upon request.

  • All sales are final at Cloud Wellness Beauty; we do not accept returns or exchanges on any retail items. Please inspect products carefully at the time of purchase and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Our camera-on policy requires participants to keep their cameras on during live sessions to promote engagement and allow instructors to provide personalized feedback; if you have a privacy concern or technical limitation, notify the instructor before class to request an accommodation.
